"Definitely not what was shown"
I ordered a Labubu doll from popmartlabubudolls.shop, when it showed up, I was confused. The colors were different, the face shape looked off, and even the packaging didn’t really match what was in the pictures on the site.
I don’t want to say for sure what’s going on, but it definitely felt like the photos were making the item look a lot better than what actually gets sent. Maybe some people get lucky, but mine didn’t match what I thought I was paying for, so I wouldn’t order from there again.
"Tracking was completely pointless"
I ordered from Popmartlabubudolls and the tracking made no sense. It showed my package sitting in one spot for days then all of a sudden it said delivered but nothing ever showed up at my door.
I kept checking because I thought maybe it would update but it never matched what was actually going on. The whole thing felt sketchy and super frustrating so I definitely would not order from them again.

The doll does feel really nice overall, but I noticed a tiny paint spot on the ear right away and now it’s kind of all I can see. It’s not a huge flaw, but it definitely takes away from the look, especially when you expect it to be clean and neat

I preordered a Labubu and, to be fair, it did show up, so that part was fine. But the updates were really slow and the shipping took longer than I expected. I don’t mind waiting if I know what’s going on, but sitting around with barely any communication got annoying. Not a terrible experience, I just wish they were better about keeping people updated.

"Return process felt like a runaround"
I tried to return my order and the whole thing was frustrating. The replies were slow, the instructions weren’t clear, and I kept noticing the same pattern: I’d ask what to do next, wait around, then get an answer that didn’t really help. After a while it felt like they were making the process confusing on purpose so I’d just give up.

I had an issue with my order and expected the dispute process to be a bit quicker and more organized. They did get back to me eventually, but the whole thing felt kind of messy and not as helpful as I was hoping.

I wasn’t totally sure about ordering from here and thought it might be a scam, but my Labubu showed up just fine. The tracking was slow, which felt unnecessary, and the emails took a while too, but overall it wasn’t a bad experience.

My doll arrived in good condition and I’m really happy with it. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, but once it got here, I could tell it was worth it. Overall, I had a good experience and I’m pleased with my purchase.

"Didn’t Feel Worth the Price"
I didn’t feel very safe during my experience, and for what I paid, I expected a lot more peace of mind. I’m careful about spending money, so it was disappointing to feel like the basics weren’t really covered.

I ordered one doll and it did eventually show up, but it took almost 3 weeks to arrive. The doll itself was fine, but the box was a little crushed, which was disappointing. I also reached out to customer support and they took a while to respond, and when they did, it felt like a copy-paste message that didn’t really answer my question. Not the worst experience ever, but I’m not sure I’d order from them again

I had a few questions about my order, and thankfully they explained everything clearly. There were a couple moments where waiting for a reply felt like a tiny saga, but once they got back to me, the info was easy to understand and not confusing at all. Overall, the communication was good.

I went to order because it showed as available, so I assumed everything was good to go. Then all of a sudden it was out of stock, which was frustrating. If something is listed as available, I expect that to be accurate.

"Delivery Was a Letdown"
My order didn’t show up when it was supposed to, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, which made it even more frustrating. When I reached out to support, they weren’t really able to help much. Maybe it was just a bad delivery setup, but from my experience, I wouldn’t order again unless they sort out those issues.

My order showed up with the box crushed and torn on one side, and the doll packaging looked rough. It seemed like it wasn’t packed with much care, which feels totally avoidable. Disappointing overall.

I don’t know, the prices just felt kind of fake to me. Maybe I was overthinking it, but I couldn’t really trust what I was seeing, so I ended up not feeling comfortable with it.

My order did eventually show up, but it took way longer than they originally said. The tracking barely updated at all, which is always how these things seem to go, and I ended up emailing twice just to figure out what was happening. The dolls themselves were fine, so no complaints there, but the whole fulfillment side felt messy...
